One of the most unique waves in Florida. At a higher tide all the submerged rocks connect the wave into a pseudo-point break that wraps down the coast for a good 100 yards or so (which is great for Florida standards). One of the bigger issues with the reef area is the wildlife though. These fisherman had caught 7 or 8 bull sharks within an hour and were only sitting maybe 20 yards away from us the whole time. Like anywhere though, I guess you have to give a little to get a little.

Just received some lost clips on a van trip we took this past Winter to surf-camp around the Florida coastline. It was a pretty awesome two weeks of finding some fun lonely peelers along some of Florida’s more deserted areas.
